1. License grant
After a valid purchase or other authorized distribution, THNEA grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased digital product for personal trading or the purchaser's own organization, subject to the product listing, order terms, and this agreement.
The exact product, platform, activation method, seat count, and any additional conditions are those shown on the product page and at checkout. If those specific terms differ from this general agreement, the specific terms apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
2. Activation and trading accounts
Some premium products are protected and may require activation or binding to a trading account. Unless the product listing or order states otherwise, a license is for one purchaser and one trading account at a time. Do not assume that a license covers multiple accounts, terminals, entities, or users.
Broker changes, account-number changes, or device replacements may require a license update. Use the License Management page to request a review. Approval and timing depend on the product's activation system and the information available to support.
3. Permitted use
- Install the product on the supported platform and account described in the product listing.
- Make a reasonable backup copy for your own use where local law permits.
- Use accompanying documentation to configure and operate the product.
- Apply updates supplied for the product during the entitlement stated at purchase.
4. Restrictions
Unless THNEA gives written permission or applicable law expressly allows it, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, publish, or redistribute the software or activation credentials.
- Share a paid download with another person or use one license beyond its allowed seat or account count.
- Remove or bypass license checks, security controls, or attribution notices.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the product beyond rights that cannot legally be restricted.
- Use the product to violate law, broker rules, or the rights of another person.
5. Updates, compatibility, and support
Where a product listing includes lifetime updates, that means updates THNEA releases for that product while it is maintained; it does not promise that a product will be developed indefinitely or remain compatible with every future broker, operating system, or trading platform change.
Support channels and response times may vary. Updates do not include a new product, a different platform edition, custom development, or services not included in the order.
6. Ending a license
This license ends if you permanently delete the product or if you materially breach its terms and fail to correct the breach where a reasonable opportunity to do so is required by law. When a license ends, stop using the product and delete copies you control, except copies you must keep by law.
Ending a license does not remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Ownership and warranty
The software is licensed, not sold as intellectual property. THNEA and its licensors retain ownership of the software, brand, and documentation. Nothing in this agreement transfers copyright or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
