1. Digital products
THNEA products are digital software, indicators, utilities, or related downloads. Product-specific refund conditions and any mandatory consumer disclosures are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.
2. How to request a review
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong item, or cannot use the product as described, email support@thnea.com with your order reference, purchase email, product name, and a short explanation. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the issue occurs.
Do not send passwords, broker credentials, or full payment-card numbers. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the order and diagnose the issue.
3. Missing or inaccessible downloads
Check the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders, and the delivery instructions in your order confirmation. If access is missing, expired, or technically unavailable, contact support so we can verify the purchase and help restore access where possible.
4. Refund review
Where a refund is required by law, or where we approve a refund after reviewing an order, the payment provider may return funds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. Any approved refund may end access to the refunded product.
We will explain the outcome of a request by email. A support review does not limit your right to use a payment-provider dispute process or consumer remedies available under applicable law.
5. Product-specific conditions and exceptions
A change of mind after a digital product has been delivered may be treated differently depending on the checkout terms and local law. A refund is not guaranteed solely because trading results differ from an expectation, a strategy performs differently in live markets, or a broker/platform changes its conditions.
These points do not exclude remedies for a product that was misdescribed, faulty, or otherwise covered by non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Your legal rights
Consumer cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, and refund rights vary by jurisdiction and may depend on whether digital content delivery began with your consent. The terms shown at purchase and the laws that apply to you control where they provide stronger protection.
