1. Scope
This policy covers information associated with the THNEA website and its public catalog. Payment, account, and download services may be provided by third parties; their own privacy notices also apply when you use those services.
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, as defined by applicable law.
2. Information involved
Depending on how you use the site, the information involved may include:
- Technical request data processed by the web host, such as IP address, browser type, device details, requested page, and timestamps.
- Theme preference stored in your browser's local storage when you change between light and dark themes.
- Public product content requested from the THNEA WordPress catalog API.
- Information you choose to include when emailing support, such as your contact address, order reference, product name, and description of an issue.
- Information handled by a checkout, payment, email, or download provider if you use one of those services.
Do not email passwords, broker login details, payment-card data, or other credentials.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to deliver and secure the website, show the product catalog, remember your display preference, respond to support requests, investigate delivery problems, and meet legal obligations. We use the information submitted to support for the request you send.
4. Service providers and external links
Website hosting and catalog services process data as needed to return web pages and product information. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts and link to external services such as YouTube and Telegram. Those services can receive technical data when your browser connects to them and are governed by their own policies.
Payment or download providers may process order information when offered at checkout. The provider and its privacy terms should be reviewed before you submit an order.
We do not control third-party websites or their privacy practices.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Theme preference remains in your browser until you clear local storage. Support correspondence and order records may be retained for as long as needed to respond, provide purchased access, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own retention schedules.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear your browser's local storage to remove the saved theme preference. You may also contact support@thnea.com to ask about personal information included in a support conversation or to request correction or deletion where applicable law provides that right.
We may need to verify a request and may retain information required by law or needed to resolve an existing order or dispute. Your rights depend on your location.
7. Children
THNEA trading products are intended for adults who are legally able to use financial software in their location. The site is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Contact support@thnea.com with privacy questions.
